Since I opened my Mount Laurel, New Jersey office in 2001, The Connell Immigration Law Group has provided personalized attention and informed legal guidance to many individuals in the Burlington County community and across the United States. I handle all matters of immigration, from helping people get work authorization to continue their careers and care for their families to preparing marriage-based green card petitions and advising couples on their interview with the USCIS. I also provide skilled defense for people facing the threat of deportation. Whether you or a loved one hopes to obtain a visa, permanent resident status or citizenship, I will focus on your goals and work to help you achieve them. If you are required to attend a jury trials, civil trial or administrative proceeding, I will be by your side.

I was searching for an attorney to assist in obtaining a visa for my British fiance to obtain a K1 visa to enter the US so we could be married and would allow her to obtain a green card and permanent residency.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
