Hired Attorney Susan W. Saidel

Finding Susan Saidel Saidel Law to represent me and my son has been one of the best things I ever done. After going through the free lawyer route results were not so good. As soon as Susan took over she was on top of everything great communication skills very attentive makes you feel very at ease knowing that you have somebody of that caliber in your corner. Upon taking our case in a very short time and one of our skilled nursing hours back that we had prior. Then not even eight weeks later the insurance company is trying to reduce hours again. Then Susan went back into action again and fight and got us

Hired Attorney Susan W. Saidel

Ms. Saidel's handling of my son's case, involving private-duty nursing came from her heart with passion to protect his civil rights, ensure he received the services he required and was entitled to, and remain in his home with me. "The system" deemed It easier and cheaper to place my child in a nursing home to receive his medical care; at only 18 years of age, take him out of his community, away from his friends and job. He has significant special needs and is dependent in all aspects of life, but he had a happy life and no one should be denied that. It was emotional for me and Ms. Saidel was compassionate, patient, detailed, explained everything to me and always responded promptly. Despite her personable and kind manner towards me, her client, the only way to describe the representation for my son was: Respectfully and professionally, she kicked A@@, as if my boy was her own child! With her knowledge and expertise, she ensured he received his nursing care and services at home.
