Mr. Mitchell was very kind in fielding all of my many questions; he answered each one completely and personally. He handled my case as if it was his only one (which I am positive it was not); all of the information and counsel he provided me was detailed and directed towards my case. He assured me when I needed assurance, and he guided me when I needed guidance. He always answered all of my questions quickly; he never made me feel that he did not have time for me.
