Mr Costello, called me after reading several emails I had forwarded to his office. I was doubtful that anyone from the office would contact me. Imagine my surprise when Mr. Costello contacted me. The information he provided was extremely helpful in understand how the law pertains to our particular circumstances. I now have a clear understanding as to what can and can't be done to remedy our current situation. Thank you, Mr. Costello for all your guidance in this matter. Mrs. Lynn
I was referred to Mr. Costello buy an excellent attorney, so I assume Mr. Cosello is a Great attorney as well, however when I called his firm on two different occasions to hire him, I met with a rude woman named Deborah mains, whatever her title is, she is unprofessional and I know that she is costing Mr. Costello clients. She was rude the first time so I asked to speak to him directly specifically the second time, and she answered the phone for him again, I assume a secretary? Deborah rudely stated before I even finished speaking she could not speak to me, without even knowing the situation, my husband could've been laying up in the hospital bed. BUT It's not what you say, but how you say it and Deborah missed the etiquette course in law school. I understand they can only speak to the client who wasn't actually their client yet but if that's how you speak to the wife, why would the husband want to continue? Deborah missed the etiquette course.
