John E. Riehl, Jr. was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2000. Mr. Riehl is currently an associate in the PIP litigation department of Flynn & Associates, P.C.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Mr. Riehl is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy. He earned his undergraduate degree from Monmouth University in Long Branch, New Jersey. Mr. Riehl received his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School. He is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Riehl worked as both an adjuster and supervisor for insurance claims. Mr. Riehl’s law career has primarily focused in the insurance fraud (SIU) and PIP fields. In these areas, Mr. Riehl concentrated on PIP fraud litigation and special investigation of fraudulent claims. Furthermore, Mr. Riehl has had experience as a public defender and in the areas of personal injury, Social Security, municipal litigation, and worker’s compensation.
