She also concentrates in Social Security Disability, handling all aspects from Initial filings to Hearings and further Appeals to the Appeals Council. She is currently managing attorney of the Social Security Disability Department at Flynn & Associates, P.C.

Born in Moorestown, New Jersey, Ms. Berenato received her undergraduate degree, (B.A.) from Glassboro State College (Rowan), Cum Laude in 1986. In 1990 she received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Ms. Berenato started her legal career in Atlantic City, New Jersey where she represented casinos and corporations in real estate transactions, commercial leases and event contracts. She thereafter, began working in the area of personal injury representing injured individuals in a variety of personal injury litigation.

Ms. Berenato is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars and United States District Court.

I am so happy with your firm! I highly recommend Liz Berenato to any person in need of Social Security Disability or accident/injury cases. Liz was my attorney for SS disability and won my case after years of me being denied! She will fight for you from beginning to end! Granted, claims take forever, however, she communicated the status from the start. Liz is down to earth and has a huge heart! She makes her job seem effortless & seamless! I am forever grateful!

I started with her when she was in Burlington. She filed social security papers and then nothing. For 3 years of waiting I finally get a court date. On the day of court I check the mail I received a letter from my attorney stating she is not representing me anymore. The day of court, do you believe it.... I showed up to court, she did not. Explained and showed this to court. Gave all the papers I had. She didn't even file all the paperwork. I had to get another attorney. I got one that day and 3 months later turned out excellent. She was referred to me. Ha, would NEVER recommend her to anyone.
