Did not pursue case in my best interest- Was more interested in what the Judge in case thought of her as a Lawyer instead of the case itself. Listened more to the opposing attorneys' opinions and used them to proceed with case, much to the opposing lawyers' satisfaction.
They started me with one of their experienced lawyers. After 1 year they switched me to the boss' son-in-law who didn't know how to handle the court case, the judge, nor me. He blew it. I was offered a substantial amount of money in the judge's chambers which I was not invited to attend. The lawyer rejected the offer, it went to court and I lost.
Was hired to prepare estate planning documents. The documents prepared not only had many typos - something easily corrected, but why did it go out to the client that way?! - but were in conflict with NJ law. Also the dates she established were rarely met. Sloppy and late work.
