Gina U. Puzzuoli is a principal in the Mt. Clemens office who focuses her practice on No-Fault defense, including First-Party and Third-Party Auto Negligence, Civil Rights Defense of Municipalities and Police Officers, Negligence and Insurance defense.
Ms. Puzzuoli has been an attorney for 37 years. She has specialized in litigation and has extensive experience in trial and appellate work in the state and federal courts including the Michigan Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She was previously responsible for the implementation and coordination of continuing legal education for attorneys both inside and outside of a law firm she worked at for 25 years prior to joining Kitch. Additionally, she has experience in the training of law enforcement officers having conducted a civil rights training seminar at Oakland Community College, preparing and editing police policies included in police manuals, and authoring/co-authoring monthly police training bulletins for police officers.
Ms. Puzzuoli earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wayne State University and received her J.D. from Detroit College of Law. She received the Lawyers Weekly Award at graduation.
Ms. Puzzuoli is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. She is licensed to practice law in Michigan, including the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court Western District of Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
