His probate skills are undeniably lacking with regards to communication .. research & following thru however definitely follows thru on dropping the perverbial ball .. case in point .. I being the only existing aire still survivimg allowed the total sum of $6,000 be distributed to an Aunt rather then myself her only sister .. proof of this action confirmed by a copy sent to me of the 2 checks made out to the Aunt for the entire amount of $6,000 & no this was not an error made by the bank due to the fact the cashier's checks were given to this Aunt over a month ago & no submission of was ever filed by Eugene Casazza to rectify this miscarriage of justice nor was I ever made aware by Eugene Casazza of the final amount held within my sister's estate & frankly after submitting my paperwork proving to be the sole aire in October 2020 .. believe that waiting a period of no less then 6 months is really excessive & uncalled for when the only accet at time of death is held within a bank ..
