You would feel you have family..Mr Fischer and his great team..Mr Fischer is very smart man..I was recommended to him by a judge..attorney that just becoming a judge. I recommend Mr Fischer to everyone..he is the best attorney in town..and his assistant Karin..exceptional clover lady that you don't want to be on the other side. Thank you is not enough.
Chris Fischer didnt listen or take me seriously from first consultation. I’ve never worked with an attorney, & gave him the benefit of the doubt bc family recommended him. I incorrectly assumed as the case continued my concerns would be addressed -or heard, at the very least; however, he was always ready to remind me that my concerns were “irrelevant” in the most condescending way possible. The lack of concern & attention towards my case may have irreparably damaged my *still ongoing* custody case. On multiple occasions he gave advice without being the slightest bit informed (I’d send email w/ question/update to receive a blatantly oblivious reply; it’s a stretch to say he skimmed them) If you want to be told that you have no argument for parenting time because the other parent isn’t a drug dealer, be lectured with incorrect facts, and have your lawyer withdraw when you ask him to “please stop talking to me like I’m stupid” - hire Chris. The callousness was mind blowing.
He showed up late or not at all for appointments. When I met for a consultation it wasn't with him, but an associate. I didn't receive any professional courtesy. My Ex-husband ended up shaking his hand at the end of the judgement.
