Hired Attorney Mr. Joseph Weathers

Don't ever pay him in advance as he will drag you case out and add new legal issues so he uses all the money whether the price he initially quotes for his services take all the funds or not. He gives meaning to the joke "how can you tell when a lawyer is lying? When his lips move". He has no professionalism nor does his staff.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
