This is a relatively new lawyer who thinks he knows everything situation. He has a lot to learn and has little experience. At times you will find him pleasant and a bit organized but that falls apart quickly. He is the timid type and doesn’t appear to feel comfortable rolling up his sleeves and fighting for his clients. He did nothing for me but cause more problems. In my humble opinion I would run to another attorneys office as fast as I could. I think he would do better as a corporate type attorney that just does paperwork and has little client contact.
If you can afford another attorney RUN don’t walk to the other attorneys office! This attorney looks seasoned but he is a relatively (just a couple of years) new lawyer. But he does look older. He is from a small town and he loves to gossip which was a huge turn off for me. At first I thought he was pleasant and organized but that fell apart as time went on. As he started communicating with the opposing counsel he became weak and timid. He does not fight for his clients. He just gives in to whatever the other attorney wants. I see this probably due to his lack of experience and he is probably very insecure about his abilities. He hurt my case more than anything. I would not recommend him I would say he would be best suited for Working in a corporate environment doing paperwork with lots of structure and supervision. Maybe don’t tell him any major corporate secrets. Lol We all have talents so I won’t say he is the absolute worst attorney but I certainly would not recommend him
