Todd Porter is a brilliant bulldog who never wavered in his resolve to see justice done. He combines his incisive, confident manner with uncommon efficiency. This woman exhausted my Dad's pension funds, spent his V.A. award for WWII service and ran up his credit cards to the limit. At one point, a bank set Dad's house to be auctioned off due to a $20,000 card debt. Mr. Porter's local contacts tipped him off in time to cancel the auction for cause. Mr. Porter proceeded to gather medical records, bank records and thoroughly organized documents including interviews with healthcare providers to use at the deposition of this woman to establish unquestionable elder abuse.. She broke down during the deposition from the onslaught of facts. Settlement soon followed. Mr. Porter earned my gratitude and respect.
