About Laura Ruvolo Lipp, Esq.

Laura Ruvolo Lipp has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. She was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 2005. Ms. Lipp has dedicated her entire legal career to the practice of family and matrimonial law. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004, where she distinguished herself as co-founder and President of Seton Hall’s Family Law Society. She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and Morris County Bar Association.

Ms. Lipp received her B.S., cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania in 1998, with a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Prior to enrolling in law school, Ms. Lipp was an elementary school teacher for three years.

In 2010, 2012 and 2013 Ms. Lipp was recognized as a "New Jersey Super Lawyers - Rising Stars" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.

I hired the Ruvolo group without hesitation after my consultation with Laura. She’s incredibility knowledgeable and helped me develop a strategy to navigate my highly contested divorce. Although I mostly worked with the top associate on her team, she had complete oversight of the case and made herself available whenever I needed her. Both Laura and Melissa are fantastic. They were consultative and genuinely supportive through the entire process. It was important to me that I had an amicable divorce. Laura and Melissa always made sure I was aware of my options and let me and my ex-husband make the decisions. Laura took on my very difficult divorce modification case when several others had told me it was impossible. She instinctively understood the complex issues we were dealing with. She is truly an expert in her field. Laura was always open and honest with me, explaining the processes we were going through and the next steps. Ms. Lipp represented me in my divorce approximately 2 years ago. I was very happy with her services. When I called her, I got a response promptly. My divorce went quickly and smoothly. Going through a divorce is a very emotional experience and you really need an attorney, not only with experience, but someone with compassion and that's what I found in Ms. Lipp. I was very happy with Ms. Lipp and have, and will, recommend her to any of my friends and family.

Laura is a proactive, "very smart" lawyer which I'm pleased I found to help me with my marriage challenges.
