I hired attorney Robert Dunn to represent me in a divorce. Dunn took a $7,000 retainer then dropped off the face of the earth. He didn't return phone calls and didn't do anything for a month. When he finally got around to serving my wife he served her at the wrong address. I discovered the error a month later. The firm over billed me and never sent me a bill until after I fired them.
