I was referred to this law firm by a mutual business contact, and (unfortunately) I was very disappointed. The lawyer who answered my call was abrupt and frankly rude from the time he picked up my call, but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. I had called to schedule a real estate consultation and was immediately asked a bunch of questions over the phone. (I knew the situation was complicated which is why I wanted to schedule a conversation to go over things.) When I attempted to answer his questions over the phone, I was met with arrogance and then told that I "needed to stop talking". I ended the call and let him know that I found him condescending. I have extra letters by my name too, but I am not rude to others. I'll find another company to help me- get over yourself!
Cynthia Stafford from this firm is the fiduciary commissioner for the estate of my mother, Eleanor L. Henry. In her 18 months in this capacity she has been totally non-responsive; there has been no communication from her. I have no idea where the estate stands. I have already sent her money and I'm sure she'll want more, but her services are not worth it.
