Hired Attorney

Personally do not recommend Paul Gwaltney Jr. Communication and responsiveness is definitely lacked and you can call and text multiple times with no response and read messages. The bare minimum will be done and instead of fighting for you he will get you a plea deal and from the outside looking in, he will work harder to keep the state prosecutors happy. If you don’t not continually follow up with him he will rarely communicate anything that is going on. He will tell you he has done certain things and he actually has not or waits till last minute and it fails. 0/5 DO NOT recommend, not even as a public defender. Save your money and find an attorney worth paying and who has you in their best interest.
