I really hate leaving bad reviews but hiring Tim was not a good experience. He went over a month without responding. Was rude often, would not offer advice when asked and often seemed like he was always 3 steps behind the opposing lawyer. Again was rude to me and passive when handing opposing lawyers. This was my first experience in hiring a lawyer so I stuck with him longer than I should had because I simply did not know how the game worked at the time. I was advised by several friends, who are lawyers but did not operate in catawba county, to hire someone different and that I was not receiving propper counsel from Tim. It was a night and day difference when I hired a better lawyer. I think Tim is probably great for low conflict, low drama divorces. His monotoned demeanor is probably great for seeking resolution in low conflict situations. Unfortunately mine situation was not this case.
