We would highly recommend James Hogan to anyone looking for a lawyer who is knowledgable, friendly, and passionate about his work. He was always willing to answer questions, and always responded to emails quickly. In the courtroom he was professional, sharp, and well-spoken. He picked up on small details in the evidence that many would have overlooked. We are very grateful to have found and selected James Hogan as our lawyer!

Hired Attorney James B. Hogan

My husband and I hired James B. Hogan after interviewing several attorneys. Mr. Hogan had clear understanding of our needs and outlined a plan before we left the interview. We were impressed with his knowledge of civil litigation. We left the interview with complete confidence that he was the right person to work with us. We at no time regretted our decision. James Hogan led us through the process every step of the way and he was incredibly responsive. We were never left to wonder what happens next as he communicated clearly with us. He led us to reach a settlement that was a best case scenario for our situation. We highly recommend James Hogan. Our experience was extremely positive.

Hired Attorney James B. Hogan

James B. Hogan accepted a non certified check a payment at my closing. This delayed funding for 10 days. He should have required certified funds like ALL attorney's I have ever known. The closing was on 7/5/19 I get paid on the 14th the buyer has collected 1/2 months rent before I even get paid. The public needs to be warned about such policies.

This was not a real estate closing. Client was there when buyer handed me a personal check, and client did not object. I put the check in my Trust account for ten days to be sure it was good. This was to protect client's interests.
