Awesome lawyer
I was cheated out of funds and much more in the workers comp case I had with the company I had worked for. The disability case took almost seven years, and during those years I was without health insurance and prescription insurance, and also I didn't have any income. My husband had to work two jobs, just to pay for my meds, and we barely made it. There were times when we almost lost our home. My case was finally settled by a judge that came to NC from GA.
Terrible experience - took my money and never returned my calls, never met with me, never discussed my case. Just pled guilty without consulting me. Any hype you hear about this firm is just local advertising. They are known as con artists among the legal professionals in this area and I was so ashamed and embarrassed to only find this out during session.
Terrible attorney, worst I've ever seen. Apparently he is known as a local eccentric and is a laughingstock among his peers. People will laugh at you if you hire him. Also, his office smelled like a dirty laundry basket
Unprofessional! Took my case before I even consent to hire him,and change my court date without checking back with me. I only emailed him to get informations about how to get rid off a speeding ticket. They asked for $150. I said is first time for me and I will do it my self.This morning I appeared at the court, drove hour and half, and waiting a hour. The court told me that a lawyer change the date and is going to be 5 months from today. What in the world did he do tha!? I didn't even hired him
