The law firm was chosen for us by the selling real estate broker. Mr. Harris did his job, but talked to me as if I had never participated in a real estate transaction before. Last minute revisions were made to the HUD.
John Harris was hired to form a family trust and did so, in doing so the trust was made non amendable in the event of one of the parties dying. One party died and he then amended a non amendable trust.
