This one star specifically relates to the conduct of Kevin Donaldson and the dishonorable business clients that he represents. Mr Donaldson represented loan sharks that we dealt with for a very short period of time because I was a former entrepreneur and didn’t qualify for a traditional mortgage. The company that Mr Donaldson represented repeatedly bullied me and tried to keep money that was an overpayment and even when Mr Donaldson knew of the indiscretion he was slow to intervene. The company then tried to blackmail me into keeping my overpayment by holding a closing payoff hostage. All the while Mr Donaldson never once returned a phone call and threatened me with legal action should I post a review about the matter.
