We had engaged Jay Kevin White multiple times over a 15 year period to help us with our wills, several real estate closings, and with rental agreements. When we decided to sell our small business, Mr. White agreed to handle the transaction of legal documents reviews. Strangely, he insisted on immediate payment (via credit card over the phone) after he reviewed each individual document and before he would release his edits, which were consistently superficial. One month prior to closing, he sent us an email informing us he no longer was able to handle this work. He did not offer an explanation and did not even recommend a replacement attorney, leaving us in a very stressful and costly position. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend him to others.
