Clifton W. Homesley is very knowledgeable and effective in getting what is best for his clientele. His support staff is excellent. All I have to say about him are good words beyond measure.
I've used Mr. Homesley for more than 15 years with regards to Real Estate closings and also used his services for a divorce in 2007. He is knowledgeable, fair and to the point.

They did excellent work and we won the case. However, they nickeled and dimed us to death on the phone calls and emails including from their billing department when I called to ask a question about the bill. Price was a little high for the simple amount of work that had to be done and it was settle out of court.

Overall I am pleased with the service Andrew Wingo provided. He gave good advice and has been patient receiving the balance owed.
During my dealings with Homesley and Wingo there were times when I would be given one response and then in follow-on efforts, I would be given a different response which would add several months to the process of finalizing an estate. At one point, I went over two months without receiving any status update. When I would finally contact them, I often was told "We just received this yesterday". There were also errors in billing that I pointed out.
There are several reviews on here similar to mine, but if you want to pursue a family court case, don't even bother. While I knew our case was a risk as it was, I strongly feel like we were led to "take the chance" because it would line the pockets for Homesley and Wingo. Knowing the law, the statutes, and how difficult it is to make ANY custodial changes, we should have just been told that it was going to be too big of a risk to take. The information that I gained WHILE SITTING IN COURT AND TESTIFYING would have been extremely beneficial beforehand, as I figured out myself in the middle of our case that we did not have an actual case, and that we were out THOUSANDS. The public defender was 10000 times more knowledgable.
Nothing but inept crooks! Stay away at all costs!! The worst legal experience ever imagined! Save your money!
Did not protect my rights and left gaps in court orders so that ex spouse can sabotage my life. Did not follow instructions on things I wanted completed and handled in court.
