Hired Attorney

Do not hire this attorney!! I made the mistake, and I want to save you from doing the same. It appears that Mrs. Berley sent in forms to the Industrial Commission with the wrong I. C # on it June 2024. (I later found this out). Due to this error, it appeared as if I didn’t have an Attorney on File with the Industrial Commission. A motion sent by Mrs. Byerley and her Paralegal (December 2024) was denied as they didn’t have her as my attorney and there was never a form 18 from her with my correct I.C # on it. Mrs. Byerley then sent in a new form (January 2025) and tried to correct her mistake and never once told me of this error. My entire case was a mess. I hadn’t been paid, medical claims not approved. I questioned her, this is her response.” I cannot represent someone who just isn’t listening to me, whether intentionally or not. “She created a mess then resigned. -January 2025. To this day she has yet to admit the error or even apologize for any of this.
