Charles and his staff acted expeditiously on matters that required immediate attention. His paralegal said she would find out any information that was new to her so we would have all the correct answers. Everything was completed correctly and with exceptional service. I was concerned with so many conflicting matters and Charles was willing to find solutions for many problems. I felt relieved and reassured while in my vulnerable state and the results were absolutely relieving. So many worries were resolved. I would highly recommend Charles and his staff.
Mr. Barone is by far the best Attorney in the area. My personal injury claim was done with such a professional manner and gentle regard for me, the client, throughout the entire process. He has also done a few traffic violations and has some of the best rates in the area. The staff was great and and I would highly recommend Mr. Barone for any and all future legal needs.
The price I paid was OK, but it was supposed to be a discounted price due to my membership in ARAG through my employer. I am supposed to get a 25% discount, but was told that I was given a 50% discount. His base fee after the 50% discount was $250, double what I paid the last time I used an attorney for a traffic violation.
Hired this firm to create a trust for my wife and I so we can split a family trust with my brother.First it took 6 months to get this done then when it came time to pay I payed them.After I got home i reviewed the charges and they charged me $1500.00 dollors for a trust for my brother witch I did not ask for nor did I recieve.For 2 months now I have left countless emails,phone messages , and texts with no reponse from anyone on this matter so I do not recomend this firm!
We had the worst experience. Charles lead our family in the worst direction possible for a will and trust. We have had several consultations that said this should have never happened this way. We’re now being sued and open to litigation. Charles answered the phone and replied he wouldn’t help us… even though he was our “family friend” and we paid him thousands of dollars. My father was in the hospital and he didn’t have the paperwork done. Do not use him.
Told me that they charge 30% of any award for my personal injury; then they tried to change it to 40%, which was buried in the middle of the Retainer Agreement. The 40% fee kicked in as soon as they filed the normal lawsuit papers! Even if the case never got to trial! They wanted me to sign the retainer without giving me a copy. I demanded a copy. It had many extra charges. I refused to hire them. They then refused to return the medical records forms I had signed. NOT ethical. I’m calling NC Bar
