Hired Attorney John Treadway Jr.

Worst lawyer in hardy county west Virginia by far I would not recommend hiring this guy. This man literally ignored me and did the complete opposite of what I asked him to do even though I was paying him. He will also rush you talk over you and completely cut off in the middle of explaining something to him. Very cocky and arrogant for someone who doesn't win many cases. If you don't care about winning your case and you just want a cheap lawyer to represent you then this is 100% your guy. However I would prefer to represent myself before I ever call this man again.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
