During the case he had my exculpatory body-cam and video evidence — he later sent me those materials on a flash drive — but he never used them in my defense. He showed hostility toward me when I tried to recover my driver’s license from the jail and failed to communicate clearly about my case or present my evidence in court. This experience reflected the same lack of accountability that has plagued the 7th Judicial District. I have filed a formal ethics complaint with the Colorado Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel regarding his conduct. In my opinion, the public should review the disciplinary record carefully before retaining this lawyer.
