I've used Andrea one time and this process is the largest pain I've ever had to deal with. After my parents passed I thought this would be as easy as Andrea had promised. It's not. It's a constant thing where she won't return phone calls, doesn't want to explain anything and we've been going on over 2 years with nothing but constant excuses on why it's not done and still taking my money in the mean time. I feel as if she took advantage of me after my parents passed away playing nice and still tries to take advantage of my family by continuing to take money from us while she dilly dallys around taking her 2 or 3 hour lunch breaks and never in her office. I wouldn't recommend Andrea to my worst enemy because I'd like the amount of money she's stolen from me. Rate her 0 out of 5 if it was possible

Do NOT hire Andrea Bower for an estate issue. We are going on FOUR YEARS to try and close an estate that she has handled - does not respond for long periods of time - very frustrating to deal with.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
