Hired Attorney Amy Newman

Amy was very slow to respond and charged $400 per hour. She wasn’t very knowledgeable and would charge two three or four times for doing the same Thing. She actually sent the same email to opposing counse 8 times. I was charged for each one. I ended up defending Myself in court and I got a Much better Outcome than she wanted to charge me $400 an hour for three hours to hupothesis on. I don’t know what she does in other practinf areas of law (and practice) is a great word to describe her work, but I would neve recommend her in a divorce case. She had a skeleton crew for a star. People would appear then disappear as employees and I’d sometimes see her answering the phone and Doing copy work. Still charging $400 an hour of Course. Her office was always messy and unkempt. Bottom Line. If you’re an elderly Person in need of simple work anyone graduaying in law school could do, go for it. But if you want an aggressive lawyer (that’s what I was promised) go elsewhere
