Graduate of the University of Alabama, having attained a B.A., summa cum laude, in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate in 1992. A member of Phi Beta Kappa and a Hugo Black Scholar while at the School of Law, Mr. Webster served on the editorial board of the Alabama Law Review and the school's award-winning trial advocacy team. Afterward, Mr. Webster served as law clerk to The Honorable Eric G. Bruggink of the United States Court of Federal Claims and as staff attorney to The Honorable William E. Robertson, Presiding Judge of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. In 1994, Mr. Webster joined the firm of Rushton, Stakely, Johnston & Garrett, P.A., where he concentrated on insurance defense, arbitration, workers' compensation, and appellate law. He continues his practice at Webster, Henry, Lyons, Bradwell, Cohan & Speagle. Mr. Webster served as Chairman of the Appellate Practice Section of the Alabama Bar Association from 2006-2008 and is a frequent speaker and premier for legal education seminars on appellate advocacy, ethics, and workers' compensation. He also has served as an adjunct instructor in the undergraduate and graduate schools of Faulkner University. Mr. Webster lives in Prattville, Alabama, with his wife, Kim, and four children, Grayson, Kailey, Britton, and Caroline.
