Hired Law Firm

Ed Parish is probably the most knowledgeable probate lawyer in Central Alabama. He is the "go to" guy for other lawyers that are unfamiliar with probate law.

Please, DO NOT choose him as an attorney if there is any property or money left after a loved one passes away. He is sure to steal every bit of it and keep it for himself. He uses his experience, loopholes, deceit, and his position as county conservator of Montgomery to take everything that your loved one has left behind, and gets away with it. He is the “go to” attorney for his peers and government actors to commit fraud with, securing his safety and position, because he knows everyone else’s dirty deeds, too.

Hired Law Firm

Ed Parish is probably the devil. Not only will he steal every single penny from you and your family, he takes it a step further by having your loved one declared incompetent and keeping them locked away in a nursing home, using the money they worked hard for their entire lives for to pay off judges and doctors to administer electroshock therapy to their brains, leaving them in a vegetative state. Then, your loved one can’t speak for themselves anymore and Ed Parish says he is only “protecting” your loved one from you.

Ed Parish is the reason why I have anxiety and trust issues- he took advantage of myself and family during a difficult time. My father passed unexpectedly and literally just googled a probate lawyer, I wish I would’ve never chosen this firm. They drained my dead father’s accounts dry- his cars disappeared and his house went into foreclosure even though we were paying on it. I cry often from the stress Ed has cause me and he should be held accountable. Everything is coming to light.

He makes promises that he can't or won't keep, turning the case over to his staff who don't really know what they are doing. Our father's house in in total ruin now because he would not do what was necessary to removed the Life Tenant who legally sold (for $0) her interest in the LE to a couple of guys to do repairs and maintenance, and acted as landlords, sending the proceeds to the original LE tenant. All talk and absolutely NO ACTION.

He is a thief and an absolute disgrace of a human being. He stole from my loved one's and drained it completely dry while he was conservator and guardian over him. He is the worst person I've ever met.

He is the most unethical Lawyer both greedy and corrupt!! He is holding Susan Terranova prisoner at Eastchase senior living center and she is not allowed to leave to come home to Massachusetts which is her wishes!! Her Montgomery AL probate case number is 16-00641 Mr. Joseph Ed Parish Jr. will not even allow her to leave the county of Montgomery. Also he WILL NOT even answer and of my letters in writing ever!1 He just ignores her next of kin loved ones, but pays himself 40 to 50K a year from her estate more than most hard working people make in a year!!
