I would highly recommend Kelli Day as your lawyer especially if you are a dad trying to obtain custody of your baby (or babies). Kelli did an outstanding job of ensuring all details were looked after. Kelli is an experienced professional that is thorough, pleasant, and goes to court prepared. Kelli respects timelines and acts quickly. Within three days of the first custody court case the babies (twins) were awarded 50% custody to their father. Kelli works well with other lawyers and handles herself in the courtroom with confidence. Kelli will look after your current needs, and will also challenge you to look at the big picture and your children's future. Kelli has changed our lives forever as these beautiful twin babies now get to spend 50% time with their dad and have the opportunity to meet family. We will be forever grateful for the work Kelli has done for our family.

If you have the opportunity to use Kelli Day as your legal counsel in your child custody case, you will NOT regret it. Kelli and her team go over and beyond each and every day. She truly cares for her clients and the children involved in her cases. You are not just another case number. She keeps you updated, and you don’t have to worry if things are being handled. She knows child custody/divorce law. Period. The new laws, the old laws and everything in between. Kelli took on my case that was challenging to say the least. She made methodical and precise moves to have the outcome move in my favor without even having to take it before the Judge in a trial. Albeit, if you should need her to fight your battles in the court room, she will do it with grace and tenacity. There’s not a better choice than Kelli Day for a Child Custody Attorney in the river region.

I knew talking with Kelly the first time that we (my son and I) found the right attorney to handle my granddaughters custody case. Kelly explained everything and talked with us and offered help when needed to understand the logistics of the case. Kelly and her staff worked their magic and showed us just what an amazing attorney looks like in court!! She absolutely won our case and got us exactly what we were after, more visitation with my son’s daughter and my granddaughter! If we ever have another issue again Kelly will be our outstanding attorney again!!

Attorney Day is the best lawyer in Alabama as it relates to family law issues and resolving family court cases. I highly recommend her; because she will work diligently on your behalf. Attorney Day is professional and has a vast knowledge of family law, child custody, grandparents custody and visitation rights, and ExParte petitions. Attorney Day's assistant is one of the best Para-legal professionals in Alabama as well.
