The first Google review speaks for itself but things get worse. I agree to meet with Grainger face to face to try and resolve a few issues. I decide to take a witness to the meeting so that I don't miss anything or just to have 3rd party involved. The meeting was supposed to resolve issues that happened with my case and other issues.
