Hired Attorney

M. Kluver was my legal counsel in my divorce from my estranged wife. When we went to mediation he was late, did nothing during the process and was the first to leave. for 45 minutes of "work" I was billed $800 from my retainer fee. After this was processed Mr. Kluver and his office stoped communicating with me as well as my estranged wife's lawyer. After 3 months of no communication I fired Mr. Kluver as my lawyer.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
