I got the referral from my realtor for him. At first I wanted him to mediate, but after talking with him about my case I hired him to represent my trust. He and I explained what was required of me and the process. On some items, I was up in the clouds, and he actually sat me down and explained it step by step. I do have another attorney, but it's for something else but philip, it was a lot better than the other attorney . If you're not understanding the process, he will sit you down. Explain educate you so you don't go into it.Not knowing what to expect and today. I highly recommend him and I would hire him again, if I have anymore problems with my other california properties. He is fabulous a great communicator and very detail oriented. Thank you
I am very pleased to recommend Philip for any legal support. I was referred to Philip and found him to be responsive, creative, fair and well-knowledge about real estate law. I thought I had need for 4 legal documents for a lot line adjustment with my neighbor; two to transfer property and two new grant deeds. He consolidated the documents into two that provided an excellent paper trail about the transaction. Further, dealing with a very tight deadline because one of the properties was in closing, he delivered on time and with perfection. Noted, there were no instructions to follow on how to merge and combined the documents; he successfully created them saving me expense. Further, because there were numerous email exchanges between multiple different parties in the push to meet a tight closing deadline, he kept up with each email and could have easily charged me for that time but did not. It was he who initiated the conversation that said charging for that time was unfair.
