In 1928 Harry Noland moved to Salinas to establish his law practice after graduating from Stanford Law School. Salinas was a thriving agricultural community of 5,000. Pioneers of the Salinas Valley's modern produce industry sought Mr. Noland's counsel in incorporating and operating early family businesses that, over the years, have become national and international industry leaders.
