I required services for a very simple divorce, no contest. I had to deposit a retainer. I expected to get back the difference between what I paid and the retainer. Her practice refused to pay back my money. A simple non contested divorce with no financial or other considerations ended up costing me 1000.00, which I find to be an unfair charge.
