About William K. Goldfarb

I have been helping injured individuals and families of deceased victims for over 30 years. I am a trial lawyer who has a keen interest in jury selection and communicating the plaintiff's story to the jury in the best manner possible. I also help other lawyers prepare their cases for trial. I do a lot of focus groups both for my cases and other lawyer's cases all over the country. I am a member of The Melvin Belli Society, ABOTA, NCAJ, STLA, and all the Federal Courts in North Carolina. I have helped shape the law in North Carolina with cases like Miller v. B.H.B. Enterprises Inc. 152 N.C. App. 532 (2002).

William and his team are a great group of people to have working in your corner, top notch professionals!! I would recommend the William k. Hired Attorney

Took 6 years to resolve a case, very little communication. Treated us like we were the offender, not the victim. Will be filing a NC Bar complaint for malpractice.
