Has performed duties in the timely manner and worked with me when getting the continuance, while acting professional on my behalf.
please please please do not hire him . he is terrible!!! he promised he was going to represent me and continue my case . he didn't !!! him and his assistant lied to me !! and I got in more trouble !!! I even got a warrant for my arrest because he lied and said I didn't have to go to court that he would fix everything but didn't !!! I cried because I don't understand why he would lie . just please don't go to this man he should be sued !! if you look at other reviews you'll see that I'm not the only one he's done this too !!! also they do not pick up the phone !!! I would call everyday 100 times a day probably and they won't pick up !! it's a miracle when they do pick up the phone just please don't go to him unless you want to get in more trouble!
I currently have a warrant out for my arrest because of “failure to appear” because Mr. Leas did not show up. Also my court matter has gotten pushed back so much now, it has been almost 2 years since I had my issue. It was a simple citation that I have now kept dealing with. DO NOT contact Robert Leas unless you would like your money stolen and the lowest service you could ever get. I’m looking into suing him or at least getting his license taken away.
Total waste of time and money. Very unprofessional and rude as heck. Did not notify me of anything. Does not put anything on paper. He communicates everything verbally so there are no records. I missed a court date because he dropped me as a client without notification, claiming I owed him more money. He didn't send a bill or any correspondence or phone call. Absolutely nothing was resolved ...I still have to appear in court to straighten out my ticket myself and I am out of 200$ I paid him.
