Hired Attorney

The office is an absolute disgrace. The attorney refuses to communicate with her clients. She denied her request to speak with us via phone or in person to clear up an issue that she had reading a survey. In this line of work a real estate attorney should be confident in reading surveys and plats, however, she is not. She was unable to comprehend that a .1 acre deeded portion of property being conveyed to a neighbor along the property line was not in the yard of the purchase property. A

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
