I am filing a complaint with the NC Bar association against Erin Hucks for recusing herself from my case without notifying me and for not returning any of my calls explaining why after I notified her the morning of my court hearing as to why I was unable to make it to court on 2/9/17 on account of my disability and lack of transportation and financial hardship. I consider this unprofessional, discourteous, and discrimination.
