Expensive but worth every penny!
I have been a client of Donna's for the past ten years...continually. She has represented me from day one, which has probably been her longest running case in her career. The fact that I am gay made no difference to her. Because of Donna and her staff, I have my family. I have sent many of my friends to Donna for legal issues. I not only consider her the BEST law firm...but a great friend too. Thank you ladies for a job well done.
Working with Donna was one of the worst experiences of my life. She made a horrible situation that much worse. Getting a divorce is horrible enough but she acts like she's doing you a favor even though you are paying her thousands of dollars. She has utter contempt for her clients and truly at the end of the day, is just not a nice person. There are so many other lawyers to choose from who understand that divorce is difficult. I'm not saying she doesn't know the law, but there are others who do just as well that won't treat you so poorly.
If you hire her get ready to give her everything you have. She will bill you for everything and her rates are triple the price of every other attorney near her. She bills the same rate for answering an email as she does for being in the court room - completely unethical.
