Mr. Osment took on a rather challenging expungement case that other attorneys declined because I didn’t meet the qualifications (i.e. maximum of two misdemeanors). He methodically reviewed every conviction dating back over the course of 17 years and found discrepancies that previous defense attorneys missed. This allowed us to reverse the convictions, until we were down to the two misdemeanor limit. I cannot express I relieved I am to start this new chapter in my life.

I would highly recommend Mr Osment. I found him to be very highly knowledgeable as well as kind and considerate. He made sure everything was done right the first time and both he and Sarah from his staff updated me on all aspects of my filing.
Mr. Osment represented our family in creating a lady bird deed last year. He was fully paid up front for that service. He offered his services with the transfer of the deed at time of our sale of the family farm. When it came time for the closing, I contacted him and he had me put down $750. The very same day, I found out from our real estate agent that the title agency found no issues and they would take care of the paperwork. Guess what? He gave me the runaround and refused to return the $750!
Do not use this attorney. Things will show up after you discharge because he don't follow paperwork correctly. Then when you call him they want to charge you a $50 sit down free just to come back. Also Sarah the receptionist will hang up on you
