Craig Henry was born in Ruston, Louisiana in 1948. He graduated cum laude from Louisiana Tech University in 1970 with a B. A. degree in English. At Louisiana Tech Craig served as Student Body President and was elected to Omicron Delta Kappa leadership honor society, Phi Kappa Phi scholastic honor society and Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. In 1973 he received his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he ranked second in his graduating class and was elected to The Order of the Coif and the Louisiana Law Review, serving as Senior Associate Editor in his senior year.
