Atty M Pruitt’s firm was assigned to handle a succession case at Hudson, Potts & Bernstein over a year and a half ago. While the property involved was sold several months ago, the heirs have yet to receive any distribution or final resolution. Communication has been extremely limited throughout, and the firm’s process discourages follow-up. Calls are neither welcomed nor returned promptly and what’s more concerning is that client inquiries appear to be billable, which further disincentivizes updates or transparency. The overall experience has felt like a closed-door process with little regard for client peace of mind or urgency. I cannot recommend this firm or Ms. Pruitt based on my experience.
Margarett Pruitt is the worst!! And dont even think about asking for a accounting statement because they will not give you one!! Succession has been going on for over a year with no resolution in sight! Anslee Berry is a horrible lawyer too! Both will never answer your calls or respond to voicemails! Cannot emphasize enough how deceiving and sneaky these lawyers at this firm are! From the partners on down!
