I found Jack to be professional and knowledgeable in the area of family law. He explained the legal principles to me in a comfortable manner and always kept me informed on the status of my file. I would highly recommend Jack as a family law lawyer who provided good value for professional services. I also appreciated his experience in collaborative law as he negotiated a settlement for me with my ex-spouse and avoided the stress and expense of family court.
Very unprofessional and antagonistic towards client. Definitely not a people person. Like many reviews have said, acts like a belligerent child and seems to treat potential clients like idiots. Anyone else would be better.
Not attentive very poor in court even tho he brags alot
Family Law – Court-Appointed Counsel I was assigned to work with this lawyer in a court-appointed capacity. My experience was extremely difficult. I felt that my concerns were not fully heard or addressed, and communication was challenging throughout the process. I left the interaction feeling that my situation and the complexity of my case were not given adequate attention. Based on my experience, I did not feel supported or well-represented. I would strongly encourage anyone in a similar situation to carefully consider their options and seek clarity early about communication and expectations.
My spouse and mother in law had an appointment. They showed up and Jack Haller looked at them and said not interested. He was rude, and awful. Do not hire this lawyer or use his law firm. I can't understand how this law firm is still be in business when he treats his clients are treated so poorly.
Can't recommend not as a professional not as a person. The first thing I heard from him is how much his hour costs, provided clear understanding that my case is not important and mocked and not even tried to hide when I answered "No" to question "Do you know New Brunswick Law"? I finished my consultation in a five minutes as Mr. Haller very professionaly made me feel like a ... Advice: Seek a lawyer elsewhere if you value you and your family.
I was referred to this guy through my insurance and he was a nightmare. I only spoke to him for five minutes and it was like arguing with a belligerent and defiant teenage boy. He was unwilling to explain anything other than how unappreciative he was of my call. I've rarely felt the need to review someone's complete lack of social skills, which one would assume is an asset for a lawyer, but this man was the epitome of confrontational and unprofessional.
