Well here we go again being ghosted by Brent and now his assistant. One of my brothers has placed about 60 calls. Only to constantly have to leave a message because Brent is busy, out of the office, on the phone or with another client. It has been 2 years since my fathers passing and we have questions on the disbursement of a $80,000 settlement on the sale of the house. What is going on here? Your fees have been paid and we are still in limbo. This is not the way to treat your clients. If it were a $ 800,000 or more case we probably wouldn"t still be waiting. But then again I wouldn't hold my breath. I would not recommend this firm to ANYONE period. Debi Rico
Called to discuss a pleather if issues but was rushed on the phone and curt off many times without telling the whole strong and given the you have a case with many issues I need $5000 to even look at it. I replied you don’t even know the whole story and all I’ve dont plus all the physical evidence I have. That didn’t matter to him. So if you don’t want to listen to me I’m not paying.
