Bill was a fierce advocate and put us at ease. He was knowledgeable and clearly established relationships with all of the relevant parties. Bill is a professional attorney and responsive whenever there were updates or he needed our input.
He literally took months to respond to some emails and phone call attempts. It's hard to believe an attorney is legally allowed to be this unresponsive. By doing absolutely nothing, he wasted an entire year of my daughter's life as she is bounced around between baby sitters not seeing her father, me. He did not put forth one iota of effort in my fight to get more time with my daughter. Here's the worst part: he waited until right before the trial to withdraw. Again, it's hard to believe an attorney is legally allowed to do this, to sabotage his own client's case so badly. I had provided William a massive stack of documents when I hired him and at least twice emailed documents and answers to him. He had, in total, hundreds of documents from me. But, for some reason, he did not provide any of them to opposing counsel. So now, right be fore my trial I get slapped with sanctions for violating discovery and cannot introduce evidence at trial. AVOID!
He didn't do a thing for us he took are money that is about it. He didn't call any Witnesses or show any Evidence he more or less set up for failure. That's what he did. He had 30 days to file for a new trial. Never did we try to call him. He wouldn't answer with Lee messages with his secretary. She said she would tell him nothing got done. We paid him Thousands of dollars to do nothing. He didn't do a thing. It's not like we owe him money. He owes us money and we would like that money back and we will get it back. So if you want to lose your case then he is the guy for you that's what he did for us anyone knows how to get are money back please let's us know this guy needs to get on trouble cuz by the other reviews he has taken. Other people's money too.
