“We hired Bart Barringer to advise us on Real Estate Law. What I found to be incredible is that he finds the time to speak with you ASAP. He gave us excellent advice. We were very scared and he was more than caring but empathetic. We were confused but Mr. Barringer was so resourceful and comforting. Not one time did he try to pressure us into hiring him. I have had to deal with a lot of attorneys in my 68 years and only he and Ralph. Curtis earned my trust and respect.".

Bart Barringer says he does not take mechanic's lien's off and he is very expensive. He is supposed to do construction law (mechanic's liens). Hired Law Firm

Bart Barringer refuses to take the Republican owner's view on mechanic liens. He always favors the worker's view even if they did a bad job and did not complete the work. I would not reccommend him at all.
